Publication Charge

IJCSR understands that rapid publication and non-restrictive access to information are two of the topmost concerns of authors. In order to address these concerns, IJCSR needs to maintain a robust and dynamic website and staff, and good membership status to the academic community. There are NO SUBMISSION or ARTICLE processing charges. However, there is a nominal publication charge. Authors will only pay the publication fee after acceptance of the paper. Payment (or non-payment) of publication fee does NOT affect the editorial decision.

Types of Paper Publication Fee* Extra Page
Long Paper $100 $10
Short Paper $100 $10
Position Paper $35 $10

*PayPal fee not included

Submissions starting April 1, 2018 will be charged US $100.

As testament to make IJCSR an international journal, we are lowering the publication charge for authors coming from lower income countries (Source: http://data.worldbank.org/income-level/low-income). Researchers from the said countries and undergraduate students from the Philippines will only have to pay a publication fee of $50. This allows our colleagues from these countries to have their quality studies gain international recognition and audience. Publication charges can be waived at the discretion of the publisher.

Waiver Policy

Publication fees can be waived on a case-to-case basis (e.g., a member of one of the publication partners of IJCSR). The author/s must write a letter to the editorial assistant requesting to waive the publication fee. The request can either be granted (full or partial) or not granted.
